Chris and his assistant Carlos did a wonderful job. They arrived on time, had the old furnace out and the new one in by Noon. They needed to move some shelves and the items on them. Everything was put back in place. They carefully cleaned the work area and they were very careful of the walls.
Imran did the analysis of my repair options (the furnace was not working) and replacement options. He was clear, thorough, and did not pressure me on the decision to repair or replace the furnace. He provided very helpful information about the problem with the most high efficient furnace option because it requires plastic piping and cannot be vented through the chimney. Given the physical layout of my home and codes there was not any good option for venting.
