Worst

Jim and Frez arrived on time. They were very efficient and installed new furness and explained what they were doing as work progressed. Nice young men.

Heat pump installation 6/12/2020

We just had our heating/cooling system replaced with a heat pump installed by Greenwood. Everyone on the staff was so professional and dependable. All the staff was polite, on-time and efficient. We also got a follow-up e-mail to make sure we were happy with the process. more

A+ Service 12/10/2019

No complaints with Greenwood - Adon, the individual who inspected my 35 year old furnace, spent a good amount of time explaining how things work, and showed me the critical failures of my furnace and then Brayden and Samuel did an excellent job installing my new one with little mess or fuss. Everyone was very professional. Job well done. more

Professional job well done 10/27/2019

High efficiency furnace just stopped working. Andy (Maintenance Tech) came on time, accurately diagnosed the problem (condensation pump) and replaced the pump and the drain hose. He also tuned/checked the entire system. Andy did a thorough, professional job. Well done! GreenWood has a good new system that manages customer communication/appointments and tracks customer equipment so that the Tech is well informed before walking into your house. more

Reggie a tech from Greenwood Heating was at my house. As he quickly and efficiently addressed by furnace issue, he noticed a leak in my water tank plumbing. He offered to fix it however, I was able to do so myself. Without going the extra mile who knows how much damage this may have caused! Reggie save me a ton of money and a ton of heart ache. Great service all around 10/12/2019

We recently purchased a new furnace from Greenwood Heating and it was an excellent experience. Lori came to our home and spent nearly two hours discussing our needs and the options they provide. Then Samuel and Brayden installed the new unit in our basement, and they were absolutely great - professional, smart, and thorough. Later, when we had a minor issue, the company sent a tech out on – Chris, great guy – a Saturday afternoon to fix it. Can't recommend them highly enough! more

Furnace Conversion and Installation 6/29/2019

Kalen and Jessee were the technicians who did the work at my house. They removed two oil-burning furnaces and installed two natural gas furnaces. It was a big job, but they were personable, professional, on time and did quality work! They called every morning on their way and left everything neat and tiday before the left each day. I would highly recommend and use Greenwood again. more

AC Installation 5/31/2019

Kalen and Jesse were incredibly helpful and communicative. They finished the AC installation within the estimated time frame. When they identified a faulty piece of equipment, they quickly replaced it and also let me know what had happened and what to look out for. I'm happy that I went with Greenwood HVAC. more

Installers: Tyler & Thomas 12/27/2018

Tyler and Thomas did an excellent job of installing the gas line from the meter, hot water heater and my new gas furnace. The job involved the conversion from oil forced air to gas forced air plus. They both listened to any of my questions, concerns, and any input I may have had. Throughout the day, they both continued to work very diligently and professionally. The post job cleanup was good, and so was the completion rundown I was given to inform me of what I needed to know. Both installers do a great job representing Greenwood and are a credit to your company. more

Furnance Installation 12/22/2018

Chris and his assistant Carlos did a wonderful job. They arrived on time, had the old furnace out and the new one in by Noon. They needed to move some shelves and the items on them. Everything was put back in place. They carefully cleaned the work area and they were very careful of the walls. Imran did the analysis of my repair options (the furnace was not working) and replacement options. He was clear, thorough, and did not pressure me on the decision to repair or replace the furnace. He provided very helpful information about the problem with the most high efficient furnace option because it requires plastic piping and cannot be vented through the chimney. Given the physical layout of my home and codes there was not any good option for venting. I would highly recommend GreenWood. They have been my service provider for many years. more

great leader and installer 11/6/2018

Kyle Davis from Greenwood heating and air conditioning installed a new furnace and ac unit in our home on Nov 5-6th. He was very good in explaining the process and what to expect in the next two days. He managed his crew in a respectful fashion and asked us questions about piping, how the new furnace will work as well as the ac unit. We found him very helpful and extremely competent. Greenwood did great work! 10/4/2018

Recently had Greenwood Heating & AC install heat pump in my upstairs. They came to house and bid while still in my house. They called every step of install. Their workers all called and left messages when coming for and during install. Their price at end of job was exactly as bid although I feel some curves were thrown. All of their technicians were great, friendly, polite. They installed in 3 days! Done! I can't say enough about how they handled the whole transaction. Unbelievable. Kalin H stood out as my lead onsite. Very tight team. more

Kalen, Carlos and Matthew installed a new Trane furnace and Trane multiphase air conditioner at my home. The work was meticulous and they provided thorough testing and education before they finished the job. I'm impressed by their attention to detail and their response to all my questions. Five stars! more

Greenwood Heating and Air Conditioning Was Outstanding 9/12/2018

Kalen H. (and Carlos) removed two old and installed two new A/C units at my residence during the past 3 days. The quality of their work was superb. It was obvious that they were competent in this job and were willing to answer any and all questions. And the job site was totally cleaned up before they left. Lastly, with their sense of humor and personalities, it was just plain fun having them around as the job progressed. I highly recommend Greenwood Heating and Air Conditioning and specifically, Kalen H. (and Carlos). more

AC Install 8/29/2018

Our installers Andrew and Eric were very professional and polite. There was an issue where the warehouse sent out the wrong tonage unit and it wasn't discovered until they were ready to fire up the system. Andrew was very professional in discussing the issue with me as well as outlining the steps needed to replace with the correct unit. Greenwood Heating sent the electricians out right away to update the wiring and Andrew and Eric returned the following day to finish the job. When I initially heard the wrong unit was sent I was afraid that we would have to wait while the correct unit was ordered but that was not the case as it was only one additional day for the install. Upon reviewing the finished product the workmanship looks much better than the installation that my neighbor had performed with a different company. I chose Greenwood based on a recommendation from a friend and I have already recommended them to two friends who need HVAC work performed. more

Air conditioner service 7/20/2018

Greenwood sent Quinton S. out to repair my air conditioning. The service response was excellent. Quinton was very professional and knowledgable. He resolved my problems and I was very pleased with service and his approach to taking care of the job. I am sold on Greenwood based on his service and how my air conditioner was resolved. In addition I felt as though the price was very fair and appreciated suggested service to maintain our homes heating and air conditioning system. Quinton and Greenwood are the best. more
