Worst CS ever experience, EVER!! Estimated 5-6 weeks to complete warranty work and NO loaner - could build a NEW CAR in that time; also, when I called to inquire on status (after 10 days), routed from Collision center to Buick, then had to hang up and call again - then was told that I needed to call the dealership to get a status, Was thinking of replacing 10 yr old SUV - I'll look elsewhere.
