Warranty Work? Don't bring it here... 12/17/2018

Worst CS ever experience, EVER!! Estimated 5-6 weeks to complete warranty work and NO loaner - could build a NEW CAR in that time; also, when I called to inquire on status (after 10 days), routed from Collision center to Buick, then had to hang up and call again - then was told that I needed to call the dealership to get a status, Was thinking of replacing 10 yr old SUV - I'll look elsewhere. more

If you want your car fixed right, don't bring it here! 8/18/2015

I never had any luck buying a car from Mcgrath, thought I would give their collision center the benefit of the doubt to fix my car after hitting a deer. Needless to say I won't make that mistake again. Took 4 attempts to fix my car correctly, Travis barely ever answered his phone. I even put a call into Pat Mcgrath and a telephone was to heavy for him to lift and call an aggravated customer back. Will NEVER use a Mcgrath dealership again! more

Not so nice salesman 4/16/2006

I went there to look at a new Jeep with a friend. First the guys did not take us seriously. While talking to a salesman, another salesman starts chewing our guy out for not putting a sign on a vehicle. That was highly uncalled for and SO not professional. That should have been taken care of on his own (the yeller) and not within site of customers. I would not recommend this place. more

Shady salesmen 8/20/2005

I had a bad experience with their used car business. We purchased a used car there after a very pressured sales pitch. We were promised that it was in great shape. The next morning, there was a puddle of transmission fluid under the vehicle. We were very angry. We tried to take it back the next work day. They were not going to have it. They said basically too bad so sad. They did not even try and work with us. They had their sale from us, so we were no longer useful to them. They treated us like dirt. I will never never buy another car from them again. Even if we got the best deal ever. more
