I found Blanton Field Technician Casey Jones to be earnest in his endeavor to provide me with quality service. After explaining to me why my expectation of him servicing my AC unit in cold weather was inappropriate, he provided me the service that was appropriate. He also presented me with the merits and cost effectiveness of a proactive scheduled maintenance plan versus my reactive fix what’s broken approach to managing my HVAC system which made good sense.
