We were very pleased with the service provided by Tim. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and resolve it. I would be pleased to recommend Tim to anyone. I recommend NewAge develop a customer notification system to let customers waiting for service know how long it will be until the technician arrives rather than not knowing. It can be rather nerve-racking to wait for 4+ hours and then have to call NewAge again - especially on weekends. more
