Had Rob Z from Hoekstra here for our annual check up, Rob was here at the agreed upon time, filled me in on what was going to take place and proceed to do his thing.
Very professional and personable, did not mind if I asked questions and explained what he was doing. We had a great conversation regarding secondary heating exchange units, and what problems can be encountered.
