With colder weather approaching and the furnace not heating, I called Hoekstra and explained the situation. They understood the problem and assured me a technician would be here as soon as possible. Jeff Hayley arrived promptly and became aware of the condition, listening to my concerns. He explained everything to me in detail and, as always, was polite and knowledgeable. He had the necessary part with him and completed the work in a timely manner. While he was here, he checked over the unit just to be sure there was nothing else in need of adjustment.
