I identified a potential problem with my furnace and contacted Essig (first time experience), who returned my inquiry promptly and sent a technician out to assess. As expected, i needed some significant work, and the project was scheduled within 2 weeks. During the project, the service pro was having some trouble getting things to work but kept searching , found the problem, fixed it, and educated me as to the new system. Both Brett and Joe were professional, experienced and complete. I will call Essig again!
