I was inquiring about getting a contract for routine maintenance for my heat pump. I called Mack Morris Heating and Air. Brett was the office person I spoke with who was very pleasant, professional and extremely helpful in answering my questions and concerns with this matter. She explained in detail the services, the prices for the service contract, scheduled the appointment for the first service and even made an appointment for the spring service which was very helpful to me so that I didn't have to remember to set this up. I appreciated her help in setting this up and feel I made the right choice with acquiring the service contract with Mack Morris Heating and Air and look forward to working with her and other staff members in the future.
