Well let see my name is luz and I have been a patient here for over a month now and the first time Bill came to ask for this review and survey it would have been a very bad one, meaning that I rated my care at a 2 before now Bill came in again and asked if I was ready and how things were going now, I told him it went from a 2 now to a 5 big improvement, the nurses CNA's, housekeeping, respiratory, physical therapy department all had a part in getting me to my goal I know I still have a little ways to go but baby steps for me.
