I have been a customer with E. F. Winslow for approximately 20 years, recently,
my 2 1/2 ton Bryant A c had an R 2 2 Freon leak and during inspection it was decided that the unit was too costly to repair . I asked for Mike Cary to stop over and give me a written proposal for replacement for another High Efficiency (16 seer or greater) unit.
Sad to say , Mike Cary quote was $2100.00 dollars higher than the two other quotes I received for the same exact model number. The new Bryant A C was installed during the hot summer with relative ease and down time. I am extremely satisfied with the contractor installation. Sad to say, you lost a good customer do to your extremely high prices.
