Will probably be a 4 after everything proves to be done properly. Unfortunately right now I have reservations that the trench was deep enough and there will be no flooding on a heavy rain. The warranty is by the authorship of the technician, not a standard warranty. I think General will hold to his word if he is still with the company. Not sure how the company would come through.
General was professional and showed up on time. A bit of anxiety on day 1 when the job could not be completed in one day because of multiple extended trips for supplies. Day 2 went better and he cleaned up before leaving.
My understanding was the leak detection would be credited but it was not. So 389.00 for me to direct the technician to where the pipes are. I thought it could determine if there is water. It does not so not worth the money when replacing the line.
Jury is out on the customer service of the organization. I was told I would receive a call from the manager. Told the agent I had stayed up all night worrying. Never got that call. General says he told them he resolved it. A courtesy call to verify I felt the same way would have been nice.
I can't say I would recommend the company if someone asked for a plumber. I would say I was for the most part satisfied with General's work. The lines look neat. He was good with explaining things multiple times if I asked.
