Jerry Bryan came out to check one toilet which began to intermittently run and found the seal for the 'flapper' was deteriorating and needed replacing. He checked the other two since they had all been replaced at the same time and found the rubber was deteriorating on them as well. He checked the water pressure and replaced the pressure reducing valve hopefully putting other problems at bay. more

He arrived on time, was ready to get to work quickly, and took only a bit more than 30 minutes to get the job done. William was very friendly and was a pleasure to work with. Delta Plumbing can definitely be proud of this employee! If we need future plumbing needs, we will definitely ask for William J. again! more

Septic Tank Issues 1/26/2020

We had our tank pumped by another company and starting having issues. We called Delta Plumbing and Zachary and his team came out and did a fantastic job. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly with a positive attitude. They were friendly and professional and explained everything in the process. Highly recommend this company for your septic needs. more

Delta Plumbing 12/1/2019

Jimmy J. solved my washing machine drainage problem after a plumber and septic tank inspection was done and I was charged $164.00 for these 2 service calls. Jimmy came and diagnosed the problem and recommended replacing the cast iron drain pipe with pvc drain pipe, which he completed, and I had no more washing machine drain backups. Finally the problem was solved. Jimmy and his helper were great to work with, very knowledgeable and courteous. Thanks for solving my problem!! more

Delta gave me peace of mind in TX 10/23/2019

My water backed up in my home and I called Delta late and the next day they had my plumbing fixed and helped me with getting restorative help also. I was in TX and my home is in GA and they took care of everything. I trust them completely and will always use Delta Plumbing. From my 1st call to Selena, to Opal calling me before opening to Cameron that keep me updated every step of the way. I'm so grateful. They treated me this great and had no idea I had just had major surgery 5 days earlier. Thank you so much Delta Team. more

Water leak causing a high water bill 9/28/2019

Was informed by the Griffin Water Dept. that I had an ongoing water usage problem after having a broken water line to an outside faucet at the barn. That faucet was repaired, but was informed that I still had a water problem after meter was checked by the Water Dept. Anthony repaired the leak and was very pleased with your service and your quick response to my water problem. more

Trace Morgan Sewer Technician 9/5/2019

I called the Educated Plumber for a septic tank pump out. Had appointment for today Trace called said he was on the way. Very Nice Very Business like, We went over what I wanted done he opened tank and gave me the cost estimate. I signed order and he went to work did outstanding job showed me the tank and closed it up. Good Job well done no mess to clean up. I will be happy to recommend DELTA PLUMBING to anyone needing that kind of service more

Cameron was friendly and polite. He readily explained what his process involved and went to work immediately. He was also informative regarding what the septic conditions were and how to maintain it in the future. He was also considerate regarding my questions and requests. I would recommend this company based on the positive experience I had with this technician's performance. more

Broke my water pic in the shower when taking down shower organizer. Also going to check water pressure and it started leaking and I had just had it fix and his comment was that if it leaked it would need a washer. I would like it noted if it does Delta Plumbing should be responsible for repair. The price of placing a shower head I provided the shower and installation was 169.00 with a 10% discount. more

Joel Parrot was not on the list who helped on this last service call. The service desk and field techs were all great and new their business. I have been using Delta for a number of years both personally and commercially and have yet to have any complaints. more
