Billing staff are super un-professional. They refused to transfer customer to a Office Manager and/or Supervisor. Speak to customer very un-professional, talk over you, refused to answered basic question. Staff (Pam) called re. a bill inquired re. the insurance...demand payment regardless the insurance claim. Become abuser over the phone and hang-up the phone without warning. I proceed to call the insurance company, they stated they just got the claim and a check was already on his way to the office...I call the office and advised the person the answer the phone did not want to speak with Pam because she was very un-professional, the req blind transferred me to Pam ignoring my requested...Pam instead of listen etc. keep saying I have an obligation for payment etc. I advised the time she took to called and harassed me she could call the insurance and they would had advised the payment was on his way..she keep talking over me...and refused to listen to anything I have to say asked 5 time if she ever contact the insurance she refused to answer finally stating she don't have to contact the insurance because she have my signature I'm responsible for payment...after I advised the insurance issue a check she still demanding payments and closed the call saying WILL FORWARD MY ACCOUNT TO COLLECTION.......called for the 3rd time requesting a supervisor I was told cant transfer me...they need the information of why I need a supervisor...later stated unknown when the office manager will be able to return my call since she the only person in charge of 6 offices....I rate this office and personal -0.... more
