As a family member i have to say everything was good till my first meeting with the owner. As a pallbearer at my sister-in-laws wedding he wanted me to sit in back away from my family. When I politely told him I would sit with my wife he made smart alect comment that"I had a problem"
I would never recommend anyone to use a facility that would make this kind of remark to a family member at a loved ones funeral. This really upset me and I waited a couple of weeks for my anger to subside before I wrote this
