As a family member i have to say everything was good till my first meeting with the owner. As a pallbearer at my sister-in-laws wedding he wanted me to sit in back away from my family. When I politely told him I would sit with my wife he made smart alect comment that"I had a problem" I would never recommend anyone to use a facility that would make this kind of remark to a family member at a loved ones funeral. This really upset me and I waited a couple of weeks for my anger to subside before I wrote this more

In my experience its because James A Dyal Funeral Home treats the deceased like they were once family. They are 100% professional in how they handle the deceases and their services. They make it so that the grieving loved ones don't have to hassle with making the already hard task of getting services together any tougher than it has to be. more
