Crain was very responsive to my needs -- the sales person came for an estimate right away and the installers conducted a large and complicated installation a few days later. All my concerns were recognized and all of my questions were answered. The whole operation, including the main office, was very professional. I couldn't be happier with my new furnaces and my new go-to contractor for HVAC.
