From beginning to end, the entire process was excellent. We had been waiting for 4 weeks for a garage door from another company. Got tired of waiting, called Sears, they were out in 3 days to go over the install and estimate and had the door installed and in use within the following week. I obviously cancelled the other one, if not, would still be waiting!! Installer came on time, stayed as long as it took to install the new door and the new opener and was on his way. Would definitely use them again if I had another garage!!!
