From beginning to end, the entire process was excellent. We had been waiting for 4 weeks for a garage door from another company. Got tired of waiting, called Sears, they were out in 3 days to go over the install and estimate and had the door installed and in use within the following week. I obviously cancelled the other one, if not, would still be waiting!! Installer came on time, stayed as long as it took to install the new door and the new opener and was on his way. Would definitely use them again if I had another garage!!! more

Arrived on time, figured out the problem, fixed the problem! Took the time to explain what he needed to do and how much it was going to cost. Had the right part on his truck and was able to fix it ASAP! more

Sears and Scott did everything they said they would do. I am completely satisfied with the job and workmanship. Scott was very nice, even when sparks were flying. When time comes for a new door, we will be requesting his service again. more

I had Sears install a new garage door, and opener. The door was a heavy wooden door, which was about 50 years old. The opener was 22 years old. Now have a light weight door, and along with the new opener makes for much quieter opening, and closing. Installer was courteous, and professional. Very satisfied with service. more

The technician that came out and serviced our garage door openers did a good job of taking care of the problem with each of our garage doors - they appear to be working fine these days since his repair. The gentleman arrived promptly and appeared to be knowledgeable about the working of garage door openers - fixed the problem and we are happy with him and the service call. more
