I was treated by Lei Zheng. She has refused to respond to Blue Cross Blue Shield with information, so I can get reimbursed for the treatment. She will not return their calls or provide the information they requested. They even sent a self addressed stamped envelop to make it easy for her. I have called her to get the information so I can respond to BCBS, but she will not return my calls either. The receipt I received from her was barely legible and did not have any details. If the receipt had provided more information other than how much I paid, BCBS would have accepted that when I submitted it. I find her to be very rude and inconsiderate.
