Unbelievable what she can do! 7/19/2019

Over the last 15 years, I've been to three back specialists, a neurologist, taken various medicines, epidural steroids to my back (didn't work), three different series sessions of physical therapy, nerve and muscle testing - NOTHING worked and basically there was no concern from those doctors about the situation. Enter Dr. Zheng! In literally two appointments, I'm already able to see that they symptoms of severe back tightness, numbness in thighs are at levels of 5 years ago! I feel like I have my life back! I can walk and stand 6 times longer than I did before seeing her and I've only begun my treatment with her. Best part? No drugs, and she's such an exceptional professional! more

Won't Provide Information to Insurance Company and Won't Return Calls 9/18/2017

I was treated by Lei Zheng. She has refused to respond to Blue Cross Blue Shield with information, so I can get reimbursed for the treatment. She will not return their calls or provide the information they requested. They even sent a self addressed stamped envelop to make it easy for her. I have called her to get the information so I can respond to BCBS, but she will not return my calls either. The receipt I received from her was barely legible and did not have any details. If the receipt had provided more information other than how much I paid, BCBS would have accepted that when I submitted it. I find her to be very rude and inconsiderate. more
