They made a data entry mistake and disconnected our service with no notice on Friday. At first they admitted the mistake and said they would reconnect the service early Monday morning. no show - no call. I call and then I am told it was me who made the mistake, and I would have to wait an extra day or two. When I explained that they had already owned up to the mistake, I was accused of lying. I am changing out of this no-service provider as soon as I can. Thank God it wasn't the dead of winter. They are shameful and shameless. Don't give your money to these terrible people.
