Called for an appoint and was greeted by a friendly voice to set up appt. Ernesto (service person) came out diagnosed the problem, called me to inform me of problem and repair charge (rental) and made the necessary repairs. Received an email with pictures and discription of repair. We also had a plumbing problem and informed us that the company had plumbers! Plumbers will be visiting tomorrow. Thank you Ernesto for the great service.
