Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and well trained. Pedro and Kody were always there when they said they would be, always calling when they were on their way. They were knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. They were intent on doing the best job that could be done. I could not ask for better service. more

Lee's Air 9/12/2017

We had them put in a new furnace and air conditioning in our mobile home (a lot of companies won't do mobile homes.) We've been satisfied with the new system. We had our old gas pipes under the mobile replaced because we had leaks. They did a good job here, but I gave four stars because we had a gas leak the next morning after the job was done. Lee's came right out, within 30 minutes, and fixed it. Two guys came when they put the pipes in and the assistant was the one that didn't tighten the pipe enough under kitchen stove. Also, the assistant needs better people skills! The main guy was great, very respectful. He was very disappointed in the assistant; you could see it on his face. Anyway, Lee's do a good job and don't try and jerk you around. They are up front with their prices. I will hire them again, if need be. more

Air Conditioner 8/18/2017

Called for an appoint and was greeted by a friendly voice to set up appt. Ernesto (service person) came out diagnosed the problem, called me to inform me of problem and repair charge (rental) and made the necessary repairs. Received an email with pictures and discription of repair. We also had a plumbing problem and informed us that the company had plumbers! Plumbers will be visiting tomorrow. Thank you Ernesto for the great service. more

Mr. Know It All 7/21/2017

Was not happy with the plumber that was sent to our home, all the while he was in our home was talk about how he was having a really bad month, his wife & problems that where to personal to be speaking about & that our family MUST replace THOUSANDS upon THOUSANDS of dollars worth of work. Trying to sell me a Tankless Water Heater that I'm not interested in, stating that our current water heater is a very cheap brand. He even gave us his personal cellular number to call him to come out after hours to bring & install water heater for less the estimated cost of his employer; plus he can give us a bid on the work needed under what his employer quoted. I'm not sure if this is a joke or if he's for real...it's not normal that someone would try to undersell an employer. The name of the plumber was Jesse M. Of Lee's Air more

I know it doesn't fix the experience you have already had, but I can let you know that this person is no longer a part of the Lee's team. Great service 6/23/2017

Had a problem with air con blower. Given option of universal and OEM where universal is cheaper so made that choice. He returned to repair and unable to make it work charge me the OEM for the same price and also replace a part not previously estimated at no charge. also explained thoroughly other options that included maintenance at a better deal on the bundle package. more

Fast service fixing air 6/21/2017

Thanks to Lee's air and the person coming out as soon as they could. Was life saving. Couldn't go another day without air. Life saving for sure when you have four kids. Thanks for everything and the person for answering our questions. more

water-heater repair 6/6/2017

jesse was awesome! he came out on service call on inspect my water-heater which he found it needed a pilot switch, he dug a littler deeper and found out my water heater was still under warranty and he took it upon himself to call GE. he got the part next day air delivered directly to my house with no cost to me, covered under warranty. he went the extra mile and saved me $$. i really appreciated the honesty. more
