I have found a bunch of errors in the book. I thought for sure I was doing something wrong so I kept reworking the problems. I called Testmasters and they were very short with me on the phone after I finally got to someone knowledgeable they just told me to email them. So I did and they responded a couple days later with the worked out solution (which was my solution...NOT what they had in their videos or the book). So they already knew there was an issue but continue to sell books without sending any type of warning or at leas a leaflet letting people know. No I don't expect them to burn all their books but I do expect clear communication if I am paying $1500 for a TEXTBOOK and access to already recorded videos. So one mistake is not that big of a deal, right? Well I KEEP FINDING THEM. I guess I am more confident in myself now but the problem is I am LESS CONFIDENT in this program. I have reached out to them several times and they have poor customer service. So far it's a D- from me
