Jason was great at responding to my call for help. He was quick at resolving the problem and worked very hard, despite the small space he had to work in and very helpful with answering my questions.
The only thing I could have used a little more help with was that a few days later I think I still heard the sump pump running and I don"t know if it is suppose to keep running or not?????
He solved the problem as soon as he was able to and I do appreciate that. I am just not familiar with how those things work.
