JIS "rebuilt" are shipped with used parts! Ask me how I know this? Bought rebuilt 4G63 long block from JIS via e-Bay. Water pump failed @ 5000 Mi. Timing belt failed @ 31000 mi - -with extensive valve/head damage. No recourse when complained. Re-use of used wear items is standard for them!!!
