Bad Service for a No Worries Contract Customer 7/14/2017

I had Blanton's install two Lennox systems in my home 2 years ago and have had to make 4 service calls so far on these systems. I am also a "No Worries Contract" customer and have experienced many worries! In the evening of 13 Jul (yesterday) I called because there is water dripping from my ceiling. At 7:54 this morning a dispatcher contacted us and said a technician would not be available until 5 p.m. We have called twice since after 6 p.m. and now the after hours service is trying to contact a technician. I have now asked on a 3rd call to speak with a manager, at the same time I'm hoping the ceiling doesn't cave in! This is not the "No Worries" I was hoping for with this company!! more
