Sam arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. The installer (not Magnolia) had failed to put a metering device in the evaporator coil. It was twice as hot upstairs as down, and there was no cold air coming through the vents. Before going to get a new device, Sam looked around the unit and found the original device that the installers had failed to install. He saved us money and time, and now the house is comfortable again. He explained everything he was going to do, and then everything he did. Quick, thorough and professional. Will definitely use Sam and Magnolia again!!!
