No commitment to time schedule. I received a call a day before the service and was informed that service will be conducted between 12-3pm , of course no one showed before 5:30pm. But the behavior of the CSR was intolerable, as when I called to complain about the time frame that was incorrect, he was very aggressive and refused to let me speak to his supervisor! He didn't even apologize or tried to offer me anything to get me satisfied as a client, so you imagine what kind of company who doesn't care about customer satisfaction!
