Chad arrived on time and was extremely personable. He checked outside and inside units and thankfully good for now. It is an older unit,so eventually it will need replacement. He took the time to offer suggestions on returns based on my house. It was very helpful and with these alterations, it would be more efficient. Give him a raise!!
