Amazing 3/28/2019

Sean is amazing. Very kind and friendly. He is the main thing that convinced us. He took his time, answered our questions and seemed to really care. I feel like we got to know him and consider him a true friend. He is very helpful as well. The team that came over and did our install was very professional, cleaned up everything afterwards which meant more to me than you know and showed true professionalism and pride in their work. I cannot thank you all enough! more

Heat Pump Repair 1/9/2018

Danny came out on a Saturday, during the worst cold spell of the season, and repaired our heat pump. We are so grateful for the great service we received to restore our heat. Danny was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient! Thank you!! more

Service Review 6/29/2017

A problem with our AC was identified during a maintenance inspection. Steve came to our house twice to discuss the problem and solutions. He brought the information on a replacement AC and discussed the price. We agreed on the replacement system and scheduled a date for this to happen. The field team arrived on time and worked hard to complete on time. Everyone was very professional and answered all our questions. We are very pleased with the new system and the service always provided by Galbreath & Sons. more

Chad arrived on time and was extremely personable. He checked outside and inside units and thankfully good for now. It is an older unit,so eventually it will need replacement. He took the time to offer suggestions on returns based on my house. It was very helpful and with these alterations, it would be more efficient. Give him a raise!! more

Sean did my summer AC service and as the last time when he did my winter service he was fantastic. He is clean , friendly and very thorough with what he does. Takes the time to answer all my questions and is very professional. I make sure I ask again for him if I should need him before my next service .Many thanks Julie Kunkle more

AC units serviced 5/5/2017

Chad was on time and very conscious of things. Like doing clean indoor stuff first so he could avoid being in house after doing dirty outside stuff. He did the normal things and re-wrapped the in and out lines as we requested. When all was done, he did a good job of handling our credit card payment when his device as well as the home office was having internet problems. Kept his cool and got it handled. Just a swell young man. more

Great service and Company 4/22/2017

Called the Company on Saturday morning around 8am, got the answering service. By 830am, Chad a service professional called me back and took may complaint. 45mins later Chad arrived and diagnosis the problem in 5minutes. Chad thoroughly explained and fixed the problem. Chad has been to my home before, and has always been very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. more

HVAC Service 4/11/2017

Had our biannual service yesterday. Sean was the technician and he arrived on time and was courteous, cordial and very neat both within the house and outside. It appears that the system was thoroughly checked and tested and everything seemed to be operating well. Thanks, Jim Petrosini more
