Hired 24restore to dry up my basement after it got wet from a sump pump failure. They started on Monday & today they claimed everything but 1 spot was dry, went downstairs to find my carpet wet & mold growing on the sheetrock. Communication was poor, & they were quick to try & up sell their services. I would never use them again, I think this is just another company that has learned how profitable insurance restoration work is.
