Chuck was prompt, thorough, and meticulous in his work. Our system is somewhat complex, but he took the time to carefully check all the units and point out what to needs to be watched for potential issues in the future. Given the time and work involved I found the bill to be reasonable. I will ask for Chuck again, whether for repair issues or annual maintenance.
