We had our furnace cleaned in preparation for winter. Our serviceman was very thorough and explained everything he did, pointing out areas to watch for with our unit, which is 18 years old. more

Excellent Service 7/26/2019

My A/C stopped working just as the heat spell started. I was leaving town so I scheduled the service appointment for a week later upon my return. The technician was Thomas and he was wonderful. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem. He was polite and personable too. Kudos also to Synergy for keeping me informed prior to the site visit. I received a text message a couple of days before, as well as an email, reminding me of the appointment. Although I remembered the appointment this was a nice "touch" and appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Synergy Heating & Cooling to someone who needs assistance with their HVAC needs. more

Lance was punctual, efficient, informative, and a generally friendly person. Kept us informed as he worked, fully answered all questions explained thoroughly. If all my experiences with Synergy and its employees go like today's experience, I look forward to having them provide service again. Very satisfied. more

Polar Vortex emergency 1/31/2019

Our furnace was inoperative as the temp outside was sinking into double digits below zero and the inside temp was headed toward frozen. From the phone requesting help to the concluding conversation with Lance it was a great comfort and sense of security dealing with Synergy staff. They have been and will continue to be our “go to” HVAC choice. more

Chuck came for routine maintenance on our two heat pumps. As usual he did a thorough job of servicing and explaining. Synergy and Chuck have, over the years, given us wonderful, reasonably priced service!! more
