When your plumbing problems happen over a holiday, a bad situation is made worse. Our garbage disposal died as we were cleaning up on Memorial Day. The sink was stopped up, the dishwasher couldn't function properly and the holiday clean up was very tough. I called Sanders the next day, and that afternoon Randy K. was out assessing the problem, making recommendations and fixing the problem. Since I do a fair amount of cooking, I needed a higher horse power disposal. Randy made a call, he found the unit I wanted, waited for the warehouse to deliver it to him and fixed the problem that afternoon. Because it was a premium disposal, he waived the dispatch fee.
