excellent job tony did installing our new hot water heater and most of all for detecting the gas leak (pipe to our gas stove) was prompt and so efficient. tony did an excellent job and I want to thank him again for recapping his service performed. definitely an asset for sanders home services. so knowledgeable and an expert in his field. also I like that the tech. wears booties and uses drop clothes again, tony thanks for a job well done. will definitely request you again. more

HVAC duct sealing 8/23/2018

Thanks to the thanklessly hard work of Chris B. and Tom W., my house is not only cleaner, but my HVAC air flow improved. Chris and Tom basically disassembled and reassembled the ductwork in my crawl space, removing and cleaning out the flexible ducts - in which they found TONS of construction debris/dust left by the builder 14 years ago. In addition they sealed my outside vents, thus preventing condensation from forming in the crawl space. Knowing that i can count on Sanders to solve any/all HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues certainly makes my life easier!! more

Installing New Water Heater 8/18/2018

Service excellence 5/9/2018

To day I had a heater and A/C unit replaced Woodbury NJ and technician/installers Pete G and John M delivered on every thing they told me at the start. The job was well explained and was completed in the time estimated. On completion the work areas were well cleaned . Township requirements were also well explained in addition to all warranties on the products used. I am well pleased with the performance of these valuable gentlemen. I highly recommend Sanders Home services and it’s employees. This is the fourth time I have contracted Sanders and I have no complaints. Thank you gentlemen and thank you Sanders!! more

Very pleased 4/4/2018

Randy K. Not only did a perfect installation but kept me informed at each step and showed me how to use the product. I had a kitchen faucet installed and a new toilet seat. I would highly recommend Sanders and Randy K for any plumbing needs. more

I called Sanders and made an appointment for a couple days later. They told me the appointment window would be between noon and 4 o'clock and the technician would call me when he was about 30 minutes away. Max even stopped on his way here to pick up another garbage disposal so he would have what I needed. Max called at about 2:30 and arrived before 3:00. He checked out the situation and told me what the problem was and how much everything would cost. He began to remove the broken disposal at 3:00 and had everything replaced and cleaned up within 45 minutes. He was great!! more

Excellent service 10/13/2017

I have used Sanders Home Services for over 8 years now. Always give good and friendly service.Fiore C.is usually my tech. I feel very comfortable having the same person come out all these years. Its one of the reasons I use Sanders. I have had some issues and Fiore knows whats going on. I have even used them after hours. Great people and great service! more

Quick, reliable service 6/4/2017

When your plumbing problems happen over a holiday, a bad situation is made worse. Our garbage disposal died as we were cleaning up on Memorial Day. The sink was stopped up, the dishwasher couldn't function properly and the holiday clean up was very tough. I called Sanders the next day, and that afternoon Randy K. was out assessing the problem, making recommendations and fixing the problem. Since I do a fair amount of cooking, I needed a higher horse power disposal. Randy made a call, he found the unit I wanted, waited for the warehouse to deliver it to him and fixed the problem that afternoon. Because it was a premium disposal, he waived the dispatch fee. Within a short time, we were back in action and clean up completed. I am very pleased with the service provided by Sanders Home Services and would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. more

Jim M. He is very open and friendly, shown in his conversation. also in different options in repairing the job that needed to be fix. Gushing water. Helping me in right choice to work with. Too offend when your in need of repairs. All you hear is "What" silently like deer in headlights saying I got this and other part no you don't. Taking the time in showing area. How it will be repair, anything else going on. In all from the conversation of the job, finding out they do kitchen remodeling or replacing, putting whole new sink, cabinet. I've explain my cast iron sink nearly 60 years old. Former homeowner used the same sink, put into new cabinet almost 49 years ago. Well the old girl had it. Sanders is both technically and managerially efficient. They are responsive to their customers which is unusual for most repair providers. Jim M. was at our home for a periodic plumbing checkup and, as we always experienced with Sanders employees, he was prompt, courteous and efficient. Keep up the good work. more

I couldn't be happier with Sanders Home Services. They are very professional and efficient and their work is the best quality. I needed someone to come the same day to fix my gas valve issue. They came out quickly and resolved the issue for me. I will definitely use them for all of my future home service needs and I will highly recommend them to everyone. more

I was pleased to be able to get an electrician out the same day I called. Mike quickly identified and corrected the problem. In addition, he advised me regarding a couple of other questions I had and provided quotes for that work for the future. I would definitely use Sanders Home Services again. more
