Kirt Kincaid was dispatched from Miles Service to do the semi-annual tune-up on
my Air Conditioner. He arrived on schedule, presented himself and went to work.
His performance demonstrated his knowledge of our system and with little or no wasted motion he tweaked the attic unit, installed new UV bulbs and cleaned up the outside of the unit.
He moved outside. Opened all four sides of the unit, checked the electronics and hosed down all four pads.
He itemized the service charges, entered the credit card info and presented it for signature very professionally. He is a credit to Miles Service and we would request that for our next service Kirt be sent. Thank You
