Annual HVAC Check-up 8/23/2017

We used Miles Service for the first time to perform an annual check-up on our HVAC unit. The office staff was friendly and courteous and we were impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the Field Supervisor who performed the work. He arrived at our home timely and took additional time to address our concerns and answered our questions competently. We highly recommend Miles Service Cooling & Heating. more

Spring Service Call 5/26/2017

Kirt Kincaid was dispatched from Miles Service to do the semi-annual tune-up on my Air Conditioner. He arrived on schedule, presented himself and went to work. His performance demonstrated his knowledge of our system and with little or no wasted motion he tweaked the attic unit, installed new UV bulbs and cleaned up the outside of the unit. He moved outside. Opened all four sides of the unit, checked the electronics and hosed down all four pads. He itemized the service charges, entered the credit card info and presented it for signature very professionally. He is a credit to Miles Service and we would request that for our next service Kirt be sent. Thank You more

5 Star Company the whole way. 5/10/2017

Terry is the most helpful and knowledgeable technician I have encountered. The service the he and Miles Service provides is hands down, First Class. He kept our old system working for as long as possible before we had to have our new zoned, 18 SEER system, and duct work installed. Now my home is more comfortable than it has ever been, and I breathe easier knowing that I have a great system and an even better service company to take care of all my AC needs. I highly recommend this company for anything from maintenance, service, or a whole new system. more

Honest and reliable 4/28/2017

I've been using Miles for over 20 years. Love the team; very knowledgeable. On time and friendly from the administrative staff to the tech team. My only complaint is that sometime their prices are not the most competitive. However the quality of the work and their honesty and professionalism is top flight. more

Lorenzo S from Miles Service Corp came to our rescue today. Our unit froze up and was not cooling. He carefully explained what was needed to solve the problem and did the repair. He was thorough and courteous. more

We have used Miles Service Corp for nearly 20yrs 3/27/2017

Miles Service Corp. has been my only HVAC service company for my two systems in my residence. Never had a faulty or return Tech on the same service. Right the first time every time. Purchased two new Lennox Compressor systems 8-9yrs ago thru Miles. Both Lennox and Miles have stood behind everything. Today, 03-27-2017, my service tech was L. Sepulveda doing a Spring Chcek-Up on the Systems. Very clean and orderly. Would request him again on another service call. Would defiantly and have refer(red) Miles Service Corp to others. An exceptional Company. more
