I had a horrible experience. When I called to enquire as to why my gas had not been turned on, they could not have cared less and cast the blame on Atlanta Gas Light. I'm not paying Atlanta Gas Light, so it should have been Gas South's responsibility to fix the problem, and they were not willing. So I will be using someone else from non on. more
