Poor Billing Department 5/22/2017

I called Scripps Billing Dept. this morning. I was on hold for 31 minutes. Then they hung up one me! I called back and was hold for another 30 minutes. Still no answer. I give up. They are disgraceful. And, of course, if you don't resolve billing issues, they quickly send you to collections. So, bring it on. At least collections answers their phones. BTW, I'm on Medicare and Scripps still bills me! I'm actually gradually moving over to UCSD. At least their billing department answers the phone. more
