Judge Harter has kept two innocent little girls from seeing their Father for over 4 years now. The Father has solid evidence that the Mother is not "the better" parent and solid documents including police reports where the Mother of the children clearly lied yet Harter continues to take her side in court. Judge Harter is requesting a Child Reunification Evaluation that would work out AWESOME for the Father if he could afford the minimum $8000.00 evaluation but since the Father can not afford the evaluation he can not see his children or bring forth another motion for child custody. Two little girls who need their Daddy are missing out on having their Father in their life! So sad!
