Jim & John did a good job. However, I will probably not renew my contract because of poor communications with office personnel and dispatcher. Wasted whole day waiting for ARS.. Given a ETA between 12-6. Service men arrived at 5:45 . Called office several times that AM and told they could not give me a 2 hour ETA window. This same situation also happened LY. OUR TIME IS ALSO VALUABLE. Get a better system. Jim was in St. James earlier-went to elsewhere the back to St. James
