Omar was assigned to come unclogged my toilet. From the moment he introduce himself, I found his demeanor to be very warm & yet professional. In the process of his work he made sure he did not damage or leave damaging scratches on/inside the toilet bowl which impressed me the most plus the fact he did not make a mess!
