When I went downstairs to vacuum, I discovered our water pipe had a leak and my carpet was saturated. My insurance broker told me to call 24 Restore. They had two technicians at my house within a couple hours. Rick and his partner removed all the water damaged materials very quickly and left no mess behind! I was also grateful that they would put the paper shoe protectors on their boots every time they came in the house to keep the rest of the carpet clean. Rick did a really good job explaining the damage and clean up process to us.
