I received rude service by the desk receptionist upon expressing a complaint-neither
the vet or the staff listened or tried to understand. I got just lip and argument with
not one attempt to make right. You can't make it OK if no one listens or cares. I was
rudely blown off and spoken to extremely disrespectfully! Also, blamed by the vet for
her staff's inadequate and rude service just because I presented a concern they did
not like or agree with. Customer service 101- you don't argue or become respectful towards an already upset customer or potential future customer-if you can't satisfy them you get your supervisor-you don't illegally release personal information without the customer's consent-you don't tell the customer she was not "raised right" as per the ":professional" doctor herself. If you want courtesy and respect-don't go here.
Rating would be no stars at all.
