The technicians were courteous and finished their check quickly, they said my unit was working properly and were satisfied with my clean filter, ( I keep it clean ) I told them I would think about an electrostatic filter installation.I am happy to see that this visit was handled properly with courtesy. The previous visit was a relative of the owner and he gave me a pressure sell which was a turnoff , happy to see an honest and courteous serviceman. I am now more comfortable doing business with Direct Heating and Cooling.
