TOP NOTCH SERVICE 7/25/2017

This company installed a Rheem split system AC and heating unit in my home in July 2017. Their work was top notch and professional in every way. They came prepared, did the work in minimal time, cleaned up, and left with the system purring. Their technical expertise was impressive. I highly recommend this company to anyone! more

a/c periodic check up 3/27/2017

The technicians were courteous and finished their check quickly, they said my unit was working properly and were satisfied with my clean filter, ( I keep it clean ) I told them I would think about an electrostatic filter installation.I am happy to see that this visit was handled properly with courtesy. The previous visit was a relative of the owner and he gave me a pressure sell which was a turnoff , happy to see an honest and courteous serviceman. I am now more comfortable doing business with Direct Heating and Cooling. more

Service Call 3/20/2017

Jeremy serviced my AC today. He was very pleasant and courteous. Due to a power outage, he replaced a part that had blown saving my compressor. He said my unit looked good and nothing else had to be done. He recommended putting a humistat on to help with A/C during the summer while I am away. Will follow up on this recommendation the first of May. I had a very pleasant experience with this tech. more

Beware 2/22/2013

BEWARE !! Direct Heating and Cooling ripped us off $6000, They not only put in the wrong A/C Unit but didn't install it Properly. We had to call another Company & install a new one, $2500 less and it was the right A/C Unit. . Look them up with the BBB & Search for there Complaints. all bad reviews... take a look at there FAKE good reviews most do not even live in the United States ... they are nothing but SCAMMERS feel free to contact me if you are interested in joining our Law suits in the works Note : They use several phone numbers and Adresses more
