I have been with Gas South, too long, they have a lousy customer service based. One of the agents signed me up for the so called "pick your perks", which was suppose to be free Fandango tickets. I called to inquired on them since I never received them, and they told me it was mailed out around December 12, 2016. I never did receive the tickets. I have decided to go to another company. they do not provide good service, one of the employees who name is Kim stated she was a supervisor, and she promised to call me back Wednesday March 8, 2017, and she never did, she would not give me her last name. more
